A MEETING WAS HELD WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF COMPANIES AUTHORIZED TO DEVELOP URBAN DEVELOPMENT DOCUMENTS

Today, we met with representatives of companies operating in this field in connection with the transfer of the right to develop urban planning documents, extension, types of work, reimbursement, reinstatement, suspension, cancellation, registration, the conclusion of contracts and inquiries.

The meeting introduced the reform of the online system in the construction sector, the procedure for granting the right to develop and monitor urban planning documents to enterprises and organizations, and the guidelines for incorporating urban planning documents into the online system of land management and urban planning.

The meeting was attended by B.Munkhbaatar, Minister of Construction and Urban Development, O.Odbayar, First Deputy Director of the Construction Development Center, and representatives of more than 60 companies.

The Minister of Construction and Urban Development, B.Munkhbaatar, emphasized that "the online land information system will be the main basis for determining the direction of urban development."

Director of the Agency for Administration and Management, and Geodesy and Cartography, A.Enkhmanlai, emphasized that "With the digitalization of the right to develop urban planning documents, the issue of providing public services without corruption, interests, bureaucracy, speed, and equal access, and through people-to-people acquaintances, is becoming more transparent."
