Special needs area
Article 16.1 of the Land Law of Mongolia specified to take the land for special state needs for a total of 14 purposes. To take and cancel the land for special state needs is regulated by the “Regulation on to take and cancel the land for special state needs, determine and use its size and boundaries" approved by Government Resolution No. 289 of 2017”.
