CERTIFICATES FOR THE RIGHT TO DEVELOP URBAN DEVELOPMENT DOCUMENTS WERE ISSUED TO COMPANIES THAT SUBMITTED APPLICATIONS TO THE INTEGRATED ONLINE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE SECTOR

In accordance with the Order No. 51 of the Minister of Construction and Urban Development in 2022, Tsolmon Art and Nart Design were issued certificates of rights for the development of urban planning documents for a period of 5 years.

• Urban and village development master plan

• Partial urban master plan

• Free zone development master plan

• Develop action plans for urban and rural development

The Minister of Construction and Urban Development issued Order No. 245 approving the “Procedure for issuing and monitoring the right to develop urban development documents to business entities and organizations”.

In accordance with the regulations, the right to process documents, extend the time, add types of work, reimburse, restore, suspend, cancel, register, conclude contracts, evaluate and issue inquiries have been transferred to the integrated online information system of the sector. Two eligible companies have received their certificates.
