RE-REGISTRATION PERIOD EXTENDED UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR

Due to the approaching expiration date of the re-registration process, the aimag and capital city land offices have been overburdened and faced difficulties, so we have decided to extend the deadline until December 31, 2022.

In addition, additional development of the cadastral information system has made it possible for citizens and legal entities to submit a “Request to register their land in the cadastral database” from the www.egazar.gov.mn system.

It will check whether the land contract and certificate issued by the decision of the authorized person in the name of the citizen or legal entity are registered in the system www.egazar.gov.mn and send the online request if there is no information.

The Land Office specialist has been able to monitor the materials submitted by the online request and register them in the database on the principle of filing an application.

As part of the reclamation work, 68,172 units of land have been registered in the cadastral database in Mongolia.
