THE DATABASE OF REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE AND ADVERTISING AGENCIES WILL BE CONNECTED TO THE ONLINE SYSTEM OF THE LAND EXCHANGE

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Land Exchange was held on March 10, 2022, which is responsible for supporting the activities of the Land Exchange and ensuring inter-sectoral coordination and control system.

The Board of Directors of the Land Exchange consists of representatives from the Ministry of Construction and Urban Development, the Ministry of Finance, the Agency for Land Administration and Management, Geodesy and Cartography, the General Authority of State Registration, the Mongolian Banking Association, the Mongolian Chamber of Notaries, and the Mongolian Association of Real Estate Brokers. It has 13 members and is fully attended by board members.

The meeting discussed and approved a plan to create a legal environment for the operation of the electronic land exchange, to organize land auctions and project tenders electronically, and to provide the government and the public with centralized information.

It was also decided to connect the database of real estate brokerage and advertising companies to the online system of the Land Exchange in the near future.

Citizens and legal entities are accustomed to registering as “users” in the online system of the Land Exchange /www.mle.mn/ and participate in auctions and project tenders for land ownership, possession, and use rights using a mobile application and receive comprehensive information related to land.
